PingWithStick provides monitoring of publicly accessible websites, APIs, cron endpoints, and SSL certificates.

The service sends periodic requests to user-defined URLs and notifies the user if abnormal behavior is detected.

2. User Responsibility

By adding a resource for monitoring, you confirm that:

• You own the resource, or
• You have explicit permission to monitor it

You are solely responsible for any resources you add to the service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for:

• Abusive or malicious activity
• Denial-of-service attacks
• Monitoring resources without proper authorization
• Circumventing rate limits or safeguards

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination without refund.

4. Availability & Guarantees

The service is provided "as is". While we aim for reliability, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

PingWithStick is a monitoring aid, not a substitute for redundancy, backups, or professional incident response.

5. Tariffs & Subscriptions

Paid plans grant access to additional features and higher limits. Subscription periods are time-based.

If a subscription expires and no new payment is detected, the account may be downgraded to a free plan.

6. Payments

Payments are processed via supported payment methods, including cryptocurrency where available.

Once a payment is confirmed and the service period starts, it is considered delivered.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If something goes wrong — incorrect charge, technical failure, or payment issue — contact support and we will review the situation.

8. Data & Privacy

PingWithStick stores only the data required to operate the service:

• User account information
• Monitoring configuration
• Check results and logs

Monitoring results are private and not shared with third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

PingWithStick and its operator shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits or data
• Service downtime
• Indirect or consequential damages

Use the service at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms
